As founding member, Ludo brought his first hand experience to identify a gap in the gold production market resulting in the conception of FMS, the culmination of 10 years worth of projects. Ludo has experience designing, installing, commissioning and operating gold process plants within Africa and has expanded into Europe and the Middle East. His dedication and innovative approach makes him the driving force of the company.

Mark Johnstone

As Chief Engineer & Metallurgist few can rival Mark’s depth and breadth of understanding of extraction and processing. Mark has 40 years experience in the African mining industry, successfully designing, building and operating some of the largest gold projects on the continent.

Anna Lancy

As acting legal consultant, registered lawyer Anna has previously advised multinational corporations in relation to property law, tax law and trusts. Clients have included BP, Royal Dutch Shell, Lafarge Holcim & Chevron.
